CYBERXCENTER PTE. LTD and PAGO NETWORKS INC KOREA have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a strategic partnership focused on enhancing cybersecurity capabilities within the Operational Technology (OT) domain. This collaboration brings together deep expertise in cyber threat research, intelligence sharing, detection engineering, and cutting-edge technology deployment to better protect critical infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region.

Under the agreement, both organizations will work closely to co-develop threat intelligence and technical research, particularly around OT-related malware. They will jointly publish articles to raise awareness of emerging threats and share actionable intelligence, including adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

As part of the collaboration, CYBERXCENTER will receive access to PAGO NETWORKS’s DeepACT sandbox technology, enabling advanced malware analysis and hands-on educational demonstrations within its OT lab. PAGO will also provide licensing support for key technologies—including EDR, EPP, NDR and OpenXDR—allowing CYBERXCENTER to deploy them in their testbed environments for training, evaluation, and joint research purposes.

The partnership will also include knowledge-sharing workshops on detection engineering and the exploration of new research areas to deepen the understanding of OT cybersecurity.

“As cyber threats grow more complex, organizations must go beyond traditional MDR and adopt a proactive, intelligence-driven security approach,” said Paul Kwon, CEO of PAGO NETWORKS. “At PAGO NETWORKSs, we deliver unmatched value by combining advanced threat hunting, threat intelligence, and rapid incident response with a collaborative security ecosystem. Our solutions, including EDR, NDR, Open XDR, AI-SIEM, and CTEM (ASM, DRP)—work together to provide a comprehensive defense framework. Guided by our mission— ‘Your Frontline Against Cyber Threats’—we empower organizations to stay ahead of evolving threats and fortify their security posture in an increasingly dynamic digital landscape.”

"We are thrilled to partner with PAGO NETWORKS as we advance our commitment to safeguarding critical assets," said Matthias Yeo, CEO of CyberXCenter. "Effective cybersecurity goes beyond deploying tools—it requires a dedicated team of experts capable of defending against threats targeting critical infrastructure in the realm of Operational Technology. Through this collaboration, we aim to deepen our understanding of adversarial tactics, whether from state-sponsored actors or cybercriminals, and enhance our research capabilities. This partnership will significantly strengthen our efforts to protect national infrastructure."

This strategic alliance represents a step forward in equipping industrial sectors with the cybersecurity readiness required to navigate today’s threat landscape. By combining CYBERXCENTER’s capabilities in capability building and OT security education with PAGO NETWORKS’s technical expertise, the partnership aims to deliver tangible impact across Asia’s critical infrastructure ecosystem.
