The UN-Singapore Cyber Fellowship (UNSCF) is jointly organised by CSA, the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS LKYSPP).

This is the largest-ever UNSCF is underway, bringing together 31 Fellows from United Nations Member States in Singapore this week.

Ms Gwenda Fong, Chief Executive of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), opened the 7th UNSCF with reflections on the changing cyber landscape, the growing responsibility of cyber leaders, and the importance of sustaining dialogue and cooperation in an increasingly contested world. As she shared, “The future of cyberspace will not be shaped by technology alone. Nor will it be determined by geopolitics alone. It will also be shaped by the decisions we make, the capabilities we build, and the trust we choose to sustain."

CyberXCenter’s CEO is honored to be part of this meaningful programme, having designed the entire Table-Top Exercise to highlight the emerging risks posed by the use of AI in OT environments and how threat actors could leverage AI to further compromise our national critical infrastructure.

The Table-Top Exercise brings together and builds upon the discussions, site visits, and key topics covered throughout the fellows’ four-day programme in Singapore.

Building on these reflections, Fellows have been participating in various sessions and site visits featuring government and industry speaker and academic experts, exchanging perspectives on national cybersecurity strategies, the evolving cyber threat landscape, and approaches to strengthening cyber resilience and incident response.
